I'll tell you how to install
When you remove the WinRAR in the folder you have to extract it and go to your options panel on the mouse and then pinters and then select X - BLACK (BLUE) by čuLe [link]

Great Cursor. Too bad you don't have your personal site anymore. I also was wonder how to make the IBeam on this cursor inverted. I use a black background in Visual Studios 2010.
